Elf
Elves were the first humanoid race to be created by The Three. They were tasked with protecting the wild, and in return they would have the serenity of the forests that surrounded them. Graceful and said to be made in the image of The Three themselves. They were made tall and fair with golden hair and bright eyes. For years they acted as wardens of the forest, and then the great conflict occurred. The Three left and with them they took a great deal of the divinity of the elves. Feeling out of touch with the grace of The Three, many elves wandered abroad from their forest homes, and some shirked their duties and took on other trades or studies.
The first druids were elves and a fair amount of great magicians were elves as well. Their intellect and natural ability seemed to determine their place in the world. Today full-blooded elves are a bit rare, but they still live. They spread across the world long before The Sundering. Some befriended dwarves and learned metallurgic arts, others embraced the cold and harsh weather of the North, many remained in their woodlands.
