God's Tongue
There are a few ancient runes in Devonmire that are said to be written in an ancient language that only the Creator God spoke. These runes were used to ward away monsters before the gods came to the world. After the time of the great darkness there is no one left in the world who remembers the old markings, what they mean or how to read them.
