Gerthi Lanarak holds the rank of High Commissioner within the King's Citadel, the Brelish military. The dwarf's primary residence is in Starilaskur, but she travels regularly to both Wroat and Sharn on business. She is Rakela Mitelemnamaril's superior officer and was the one that offered the khorvaran her commission.
