Family Aashta

Family Aashta is one of the broad family groupings that make up House Tharashk, the others being the Velderan, the Torrn, and the Arrna. Aashta herself was a warlock who bonded to a being of immense power, and her name became known throughout the Shadow Marshes. Today, her descendents enjoy a position of powerbrokering among the broader house, as they work to hold the larger association of families together. They remember what happened to House Phiarlan, the War of Shadow that tore their families apart and created House Thuranni; they have no desire to see the same happen to them.
