Emmer Sykes
Once one of Cyre's elite military sages and the inventor of the rust spell, Sykes was wanted as a war criminal for his role behind the massacre of Brelish forged at Kennrun until he was rendered "inert but recognizable" during a raid on an undocumented military base located in an "empty land" in the Blackcap Mountains next to a pit to Khyber. He also seeded the idea of the puppetry rig with d'Cannith Jorlanna. Though Rakela Mitelemnamaril arrested him and brought him to Wroat to stand trial before the Council of Thronehold, the Brelish government used him to finish their titansuit project after d'Cannith Merrix II balked.
