Sword of Runic Grime

The Sword of Runic Grime is a bronze khopesh inlaid with viridium runes. The blade is permanently covered in filth and is believed to possess immense power. Legend has it that it was forged by Adrám himself and imbued with his power, making it a potent weapon against the deity's enemies. However, it is also said to be cursed, spreading disease to anyone who comes in contact with it. Only the most devout followers of Adrám can wield it without suffering its effects.   The sword was given to the first of Adrám's champions, a paladin known as Charles the Black. He was a legendary warrior who fought tirelessly to spread Adrám's faith and carry out his will. Charles was immune to most diseases and poisons, allowing him to wield the cursed weapon with no ill effects.   The Sword of Runic Grime is considered one of the most powerful artifacts in the world and has become a symbol of Adrám's faith. However, its curse makes it difficult for many to wield. Despite this, many of Adrám's followers seek to acquire it, believing that it will grant them immense power.   The runes inlaid into the blade read "Only the strong survive". Adrám's followers interpret this message in different ways. Some see it as a warning that only the strong should wield the weapon, while others see it as a reminder that the world is a harsh place where only the strong can survive. The sword's constant layer of filth serves as a symbol of Adrám's message, showing that even the most sacred objects can be corrupted, and that disease and filth are an ever-present force in the world.
