History
In the age after the Guardian and the Demon departed the mortal plane, long before the age sands and scorching suns, a time of myth and magic enveloped the world. The first races emerged from the very heart of nature, their creation intertwined with the essence of the land.
As the gods' influence waned, the forests and rivers became their own masters. From these primordial landscapes, humans arose. About 900 000 years later Sylthara, the Serpent Queen, transformed all of her ocult followers into serpent like beings, thereby creating the Yuan-Ti race out of her human followers. Sylthara's followers manipulate others through charms and treachery, all in her honor.
