Eskanan

The ill-tempered and brusque people of the snow-covered Eskana can often be found mining, hunting or training in the military. Hunting is the favourite past time of the upper class and anyone else who can afford a gun. Hunters will stay clear of the mountain as they believe something lurks in the snow-topped peaks.

Military Honour

- The biggest part of Eskanan culture is that of Military honor. As soon as an Eskanan reaches 16 they are given their own gun by a close family member. They keep this pistol on them at all times in a sling called a Kheo. Military glory is the highest honour an Eskanan can receive as they will be recognised as a more valued member of society. Most Eskanans will have had training in the military at some point many before they turn 16. During their training in the Eskanan military, they will undergo a test to see what area they would be best in some excelling in ranged combat, strategy and unique weaponry such as whips and lances.

The Mines

- The second largest part of Eskanan culture is mining as it is the nations main income. Working in the Eskan Mines grants a high honour to the miners to the point where many merchants will give them free food. The military is also in favour of people mining as it provides them with Liresite for use in explosives.

Common Dress code

The main dressing of Eskanans is that of military practicality and warmth. Clothes will be made with thick furry hoods and fur around the neck and legs. Hunting gear is black or brown and military uniform is either blue or white depending on your rank.

- In the household Eskanans tend to wear less formal dress and will wear something more loose fitting.
