The Gate of Khazâdgâlâkha

Deep in the Great Western Mountains, hidden for untold eons at the foot of a high, black basalt cliff, a great gate of black steel is set, its face unmarred by any rust despite its great age. Held fast and sealed by magic wards, when the enormous doors of the gate were last opened, no one knows. Carved into the face of the doors is a single phrase in the runes of the ancient Dwarvirim language, unreadable to all but a remnant and those few scholars of the bygone ages. It reads Ghashun afagûl va izhûr, which those with knowledge translate as "Speak true and enter." What this riddle means, no one knows.   Now known only by a single ink drawing and an inscription in an ancient book of Dwarvirim history written not by one of their own, but by an Elvirim scholar long, long ago, and now kept in the vaults of the Grand Imperial Historians of the Great Sacred Empire, whether the Gate of Khazâdgâlâkha truly even exists is in doubt. Its supposed location far from Senyon, the Grand Imperial Historians never have had the means nor a mandate to investigate further; though many have speculated about the meaning of the riddle and what lies beyond the gate. The paragraph accompanying the drawing says - if the translation of the classical Elvrimkou is correct - only that behind the Gate lies the ancient, abandoned capital of the True Dwarvirim and that no one has visited the place in several centuries. Apparently, the Elvirim historian had copied the drawing from some earlier source, now lost to time. Some of the Grand Imperial Historians have proposed that the Emperor sponsor an expedition to find the truth of the ancient document, but Emperor Yixing-Jiumin Jinsen has shown little interest.
