First Arrival:

Walking into River District you notice that almost every corner is built out in living quarters. Whether it be stacked apartments or townhouses this entire borough seems dedicated to those who live in Shidon on a more permanent basis. School bells ring out and small chapels are strewn throughout the homes. A wide range of races can be seen intermingling and taking walks throughout the various blocks and well landscaped parks. The sound of the river flowing at the northern end of the district gives the entirety of River District a blanket of white noise at all times though the more time you spend within the area you hear it less and less.
