Impetus' Luckiest Entry Yet!

Journal!!! I made an insane discovery!! As you know, in my search for an adventure I have been on the trail of the outpost lost in the ice of the Northern Wastes. At the last town I stopped at, the innkeeper told be to steer clear of this area because of the frost giants and maybe a dragon in the area but that sounds like exactly the type of area where a supremely mystically artifact or lost settlement would be located so I made my way over. Now I would be lying if I said those huge frost giants didn't have me shaking in my boots but I am lucky because they aren't the most perceptive of individuals. I was able to distract them enough to allow me to slip into the cave they live in and darted into a side cavern just large enough for me to squeeze into. A little ways into the cave I started to notice strange, dark shapes in the ice that, upon closer inspection, appeared to be random items like a spear, kettle or boot. Deeper into the channel was a bit of a wider opening that was littered with more random items and a ledger titled "Lucky's Trading Post Visitors Log".  I think this is it!!! This is the place I have been looking for! I am going to start seeing what I can scrounge up in here as far as information about this place, although it seems clear that it was frozen solid by something. I wonder what it was.. maybe the dragon with it's ice breath or something? No clue but either way, the name of this place is pretty ironic, unless the owner got out before this happened, then they would be particularly suited to their name. Anyway, I am going to go suit my name and get to work! Impetus Derrymoor
