Guild Master
The owner or current leader of an officially licensed guild acknowledged by the six lands
Appointment
Anyone can found a guild and become a guild master by purchasing a Guild License, Owning a structure and/or land that can house and feed members, and Creating a Guild Motto/Name/Banner that the guild uses for identity.
Duties
It is a guild masters duty to take care of the guild members and bringing success to the guild
Benefits
Access to the guild bank and assets, But no one want to be apart of a guild where its master uses its assets solely for personal benefits
Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
Dismissal or demotion of a guild master can happen when the provider of the guild license demands a change of master, This is usually due to lack of funds to pay the yearly fee, The guild master is a heinous criminal, Or the vast majority of guild members sign a demotion form and nominate another member to take the role.
History
Larny Hopcroft created the first official licensed guild when had retired from adventuring. His hopes were to create a safe place for adventurers to rest, train, group, and find stable work by use of a guild job board. It was such a successful idea the the six lands created laws allowing guilds to become neutral lands which would allow a guildmember to cross borders even when his country was at war with the country of his destination.
Cultural Significance
Guild Master are seen with respect in all the six lands, nobility even prioritizing meetings with them over the citizen from time to time.
