Aetherial Husking

Aetherial husking is caused by the overuse of Aether by an unskilled user, or can manifests by having to much Aether in one's body.

low levels of husking will cause one to see this dimension being twisted by others, visions of galatians will appear and Aether and Aether like materials will be much more common. they effectively exist in between realities.however the longer the husking goes on the worse the host will become, Insanity, psychosis, schizophrenia will occur after an hour of husking. Aether crystal grow all over the victims body after 2 hours. permanent brain damage and mania after 2 and a half hours. at 3 hours the host can no longer be saved and the crystals will continue growing in the hosts body until only there mouth and eyes are unaffected however the longer the husking goes on the worse the host will become, Insanity, psychosis, schizophrenia will occur after an hour of husking. The only way to treat someone with Aetherial husking is to preform a mental purge on them. the operation will become harder and more time consuming the longer the victim is suffering from husking, and may suffer other horrific injuries in the process.

although powerfull resources can be acquired from huskiing (ie, Xalium) if one suffers from husking they should immediately seek a Aether priest for a mental purge, after an hour the real effects set in and after two and a half hours it is impossible to save the host and they must be killed.
