Ratlan
Ratlan is primarily responsible for the construction of new ships, these are used for trade, exploration, and combat. While being a relatively small town compared to the rest of Chelish cities, the booming economy has drawn more people to the small town as of late elevating it above other chaff. As such Ser Orbiel Thrune appointed the reln Horlen to oversee the development.
Industry & Trade
While Ratlan constructs most of New Cheliax's navy they also supply wood for construction projects in other parts of New Cheliax.
