The Death Spirit has given a tyrant named the Executioner the order to kill Ace. The Death Spirit also gives Ace the heads up that the Executioner is coming. At the time Ace is only with Cole and Marz, so just the three of them must fight back together or else Ace will be killed.

Ace's Nightmare: Its the beginning of Season 4, Ace, Cole & Marz has just returned back to the overan by the dead Stone Ridge for weapons. That night Ace is visited by the The Death Spirit in his nightmares. The Death Spirit tells Ace that he is summoning a new Tyrants to come kill him. That Tyrant is The Executioner . This totally frightens Ace. Giving the fact that the Death Spirit told him that Stone Ridge was going to fall the night that it did (which happened only a few nights prior). And the fact that the Death Spirit never lied to Ace before, Ace has all rights to believe what he says is true.

  The Executioner Promo: So ummm ima call this the Executioner promo lol. Basically giving a glimspe of who the Executioner is. So BOOM a scene cuts in showing the Executioner finishing a job killing someone. The Executioner is standing over a body as he picks up the head of its victim. The Executioner's hammer blade is chopped through the head's neck as its body lays lifeless on the floor. The Executioner looks into the eyes of the severed head, thats when the Death Spirit's voice begins to speak to the Executioner. The Death Spirit tells the Executioner that his next target is a man named Ace and that he high priority. The Executioner listens as his death curse symbol on his (I havent decided where its death curse symbol will be) begins to glow. The Executioner drops the head of his previous kill, picks up his hammer blade and walks away. As the Executioner takes his departure from the scene the head of his previous target rolls over on the ground showing it now has turned into a zombie...

  Before Fight Setup: Ace awakes up from the nightmare terrified, sweating bullets. Both Marz and Cole are sleep as its the dead of the night. Morning arises and Ace decides finally give in and reveals to Cole and Marz about the Death Spirit and whats to come with the Executioner coming to kill him. After 3 full seasons Ace tells them what hes been dealing with the Death Spirit and his Death Curse. In confusion Cole and Marz doesn't know how to respond to the matters Ace is fortelling to them. But then giving all the history Cole and Ace has, Cole begins to believe him as he remebers things that happened in the past that may back up Ace's statements. Marz still trying to stay rational, not wanting to buy into the deadly claims Ace foretold, calls him crazy and says Ace has lost his mind. All the while Cole and Ace are gearing up for the fight. Marz then too starts to gear up. And soon to come The Execution arrives...

  Fight Begins!: The Executioner arrives, just as Ace said it would. The Executioner faces off with Ace, Cole and Marz as they stand on seperate ends of a street. Ace, Cole and Marz were prepared due to Cole buying into Ace's warnings. The three of them are locked and loaded with their guns. Ace his sniper, Cole his assault rifle and Marz his rifle. The three of them open fire on the Executioner at once! Bullets to the head, face and body. All three competely unload their clips as the Executioner just stands there, taking the damage. Shots stop as they all fired their clips. "THat shithead is dead right?!" shouts Marz as a stand still commences. Thats when the Death Spirit begins to laugh aloud, only to the ears of Ace and the Executioner. Scaring Ace as he drops his sniper and covers his ears. Cole immediately notices asking "whats going on?" as Ace is taking steps backwards. Thats when the Death Spirit commands the Executioner to attack, and so it does. The Executioner stops standing still and begins to sprint to Ace and the others. Cole switches to his pistol and begins firing more bullets at the Executioner, each bullet connecting dead onto the Executioner's head but to no aval. The Executioner continues to sprint at them with no hesitation. Ace still bothered by the laughter of the Death Spirit ringing in his head once again is in no mental condition to fight. Cole quickly assess the situation realizing this and decides they must fall back and regroup, grabbing Ace and demanding to escape. Cole drags Ace as they push back but then Cole realizes Marz did not listen to his order to fall back, Marz is just standing there. Marz too is frozen in fear of the Executioner who is making its way towards him. Marz drops his rifle and falls to his knees in fear. "Is this the end?" asks Marz as he stares at the oncoming Executioner. Cole still pushing back with Ace has now falling back enough to create distance from Marz who is by himself. Cole starts shouting at Marz to fall back, but he is engulfed in fear. As Marz accepts his death the Executioner makes it to Marz. Marz puts his head down and surrenders. But the Executioner runs right pass Marz, not even stopping its stride, so close to Marz he feels the wind of the Executioner rushing right pass him. Cole notices, as he begins to piece together more of what Ace said. "The Death Spirit has sent the Executioner after me" replays into Cole's mind. Instantly it clicks in for Cole that the Executioner is only after Ace. End scene.

  Fight Continues: Next scene shows a piece of Ace, Cole and Marz when they were preparing for the Executioner's arrival that wasn't shown before. The three of them are gearing up as Cole asks Ace a question. "Why haven't you told anyone about this before? Why wait till now, after all this time?" asks Cole. Ace responds "Because I thought if you guys knew the dangers that come with my curse then you guys wouldn't survive alongside me anymore. I didn't want to lose everyone and fight it alone..." says Ace as the scene ends as the next scene jumps right back into the fight with the Executioner.

  Fight Climax/Ends:

Ace kills the Executioner. After going through most of their ammo and taking hits from the Executioner, Ace, Cole and Marz are exhausted, but at least they are alive to fight another day. Ace and Marz are very injuried. Ace's back is damn near broken because the Exexcutioner stomped on him very bad. Marz's right leg is messed up due to being hit by the Executioner aswell, making Marz walk with a hitch for a couple weeks.
