Dash

Main Character. Archer. Dash wields a bow and arrow, is quick on his feet and is a pretty laid back individual. Dash makes his appearance on the show on Episode 2 Season 1. He alongside Donte save Ace and Cole from zombies right in the beginning of the story. Dash kills an unnoticed zombie that was closing in on Cole and Ace with his bow & arrow, while him and Donte hold open the once locked door at the end of the hallway for Ace and Cole to escape. From then on they survive together, becoming brothers in this dead world. Dash has black boxed braids. Dash tends to hang around his right hand man Donte, Saron and Moon, who are the first people he made connections with early on in the apocalypse. Moon is Dash's love interest although they both try to hide their feelings for each other early on. Saron is someone Dash considers his best friend due to them always joking around. An Elite Zombie fighter throughout the series. Dash likes to take risks on missions.

Dash is an Archer. Dash picked up the Bow days into the apocalypse because firearms were in very limited supply, Dash also noticed that bullets were easy to go through and shooting brought more attention. So Dash decided being an Archer would be the best. Being so this was the Dash's first time using a Bow he practiced everyday for hours to be confident enough to go out on real missions with just a bow. By time he meets Ace & Cole on Episode 1 Dash was accurate enough with his bow to land shots from a good distance. Dash mainly uses a Bow throughout the entire show, only using guns when necessary. Dash uses a Dagger as his melee weapon. By season 4 Dash learns how to shoot two arrows at once. By season 6 he learns how to shoot three arrows at once. Dash also has specialty arrows too, In season 5 Dash uses a explosive arrow for the first time. In season 4 Dash learned how to craft his own arrows due to hard times. Dash is also a very fast on his feet, which proves to be very useful in dire situations. Dash is what you would call a escape artist, sometimes he relies on his ability to escape/evade more than taking on the threat.

• Appearance

Dash is a light skin African American 19yr old Male. Tall 6ft1 Skinny build. Long black boxed braids that come down to his chin at the start of the show, that later in season 4 comes a little pass his shoulders.

• Personality

Dash is a very chill, easy going character. Although Dash is a chill person, he is happy to go on thrilling adventures/missions and he likes to take risk on missions. Dash is laid back and doesn't like to take leadership but will state his opinion and give insight when needed. Dash is a nightowl (someone who tends to stay up at night) and can be typically seen on nightwatch throughout the series.

  Fun Facts
Dash is very good at using his bow but there are a few noteable times Dash missed...
1. Dash missed a headshot on the Spitter at the end of season 3.
2. Dash missed a shot at the start of season 4 right before he collaspes to the ground and passes out.
3. Dash shoots an arrow at the Dead Man and the Dead Man catches the arrow in mid air in season 6.


 

• Before The Apocalypse

Dash was only 19yrs old working in a local resturant as a waiter. He really just a typical young guy that likes to hang out with friends, party, listen to music and he likes to smoke weed. Pretty chill guy.

• Dead Day
  

On Dead Day Dash was at work at a restaurant as a waiter. The zombies start attacking and Dash runs into Moon. Together they escape in Moon's car.  

 

• Season 1

Dash makes his apperance in the series in Season 1 Episode 2, Dash and Donte save Ace and Cole from being trapped in a hallway with zombies funnelling in. Dash and Donte open up the locked door at the end of the hall, allowing Ace and Cole to escape. Dash kills an unnoticed zombie (with his bow&arrow) that was creeping up on Ace and Cole while they were distracted with the situtation they had at hand. Thats when Ace & Cole realized that they were saved and ran out the door to escape. After that Ace and Cole join the camp Dash was staying at and from there on Dash survive alongside Ace and Cole throughout the rest of the series.
