Drakel Waste Disposal

In Drakel cities, black and copper drakel are common in waste disposal positions, because they can use their breath weapons to aid in the job.   Unlike true dragons, they can only use their breath weapon occasionally, and must rest to regain the ability. The majority of waste disposal is done via a combination of fire and acid spells, such as acid splash, fire bolt, and similar spells. However, the most recalcitrant waste is hit by acidic breath weapons, after which the drake who used their breath weapon goes on break to take an hour-long rest.
