Following political negotiations, the Council of Camp Hope formally approves the Spindle. The Engineers’ subsect known as The Hinge Architects agrees to design the rotating lift system. Funding is allocated, including rare pre-Fall alloys and encrypted storage drives donated by the Doctors.
