PATIENT FILE: Subject ID: AF-1172

Name: Redacted (Formerly: "Elias K.")
DOB: Unknown
Admission: 13 SE / Intake 07.04
Current Status: TRANSFERRED

SUMMARY:
Subject AF-1172 was admitted to Hope Hospital under Ascendant Fold custody as a “Vessel Candidate.” Initial presentation included cachexia, neurological tremors, and unusual regenerative scarring following experimental debridement. Subject consent form is present but annotated with multiple witness overrides and stamped “Experimental Exemption.”

TREATMENTS ADMINISTERED:

  • Sequential marrow recalibration (3 sessions): autologous grafting protocols aimed to increase hematopoietic plasticity.
  • Neural gating implants (prototype NG-3): implanted to suppress nociceptive feedback and facilitate Dark resonance conditioning.
  • Proteolytic scaffold infusions: local injections to loosen connective matrices in targeted joints.
  • Behavioral conditioning: sensory deprivation cycles followed by rhythmic electrostimulation to promote marrow-limbic coupling.

OBSERVED EFFECTS:

  • Increased wound closure time, aberrant callusing at implant sites.
  • Episodic dissociation and visual phenomena reported during stimulation cycles.
  • Transient autonomic instability after NG-3 adjustments; one episode of arrhythmia stabilized with epinephrine.

RATIONALE FOR TRANSFER:
After review by the Vessel Committee, AF-1172 met criteria for further protocol escalation. Resurgens Theta was authorized as the primary facility for completion of “Phase: First Vessel Integration.” Transfer executed 14 SE / Transit Log 02. Subject left under Fold escort; accompanying transport manifest encrypted.

NOTES (Classified):
“Subject shows marrow responsiveness beyond cohort median. Proceed with skeletal lattice induction at Theta. — Dr. K. Malvek, Project Lead”

Post-transfer telemetry indicates intermittent signal pings from Theta's internal mesh; further monitoring recommended for lateral anomalous events. Archived.
