Orcs
Created by Rostomir the Red, as a strong, fierce species. They love combat and live to prove their prowress to their clan.
They worship Rostomir as their creator and god.

Biological Traits
Humanoid
They are taller than humans, with heavy muscular builds and they have tusks protruding from the lower jaws.
Because of the long nights in the Icy Wastes, they have Darkvision.
Because of their warring culture, only the strongest and most aggressive Orcs survived. Agression as a trait is bred into them.
Orc females are the same size and build as males, however they have small breasts.
Rostomir the Red gave them Rostomir's Fury as a boon: (+1d8 (do I want to keep this?) damage when attacking with a weapon)

Social Structure
Orcs in the Icy Wastes live in Tribes and Clans. They are constantly warring between themselves, however they also trade and have offspring between different Clans.
Sometimes one of the Tribes becomes strong enough to subdue all other tribes and the Orcs will select a High Chief (can be male or female) for a time, however this never lasts long.
Some of the tribes are nomadic and follow their prey through the seasons. Some have settled down.
Female Orcs are just as strong as male Orcs and so are just as valued warriors. However, because of their ability to carry children they are highly revered. There is nothing like marriage in Orc culture and children are brought up by the clan collectively, especially the Elders, who no longer are fit to hunt or fight.
Facial characteristics
Orc faces resemble human faces, but have heavier set jaws and pointy ears.
Both male and female Orcs have small tusks protruding from their lower jaw.
Their eyes can have all colours from blue to brown.
Their hair is all shades of blue, from darkest midnight blue to sky blue.
Geographic Origin and Distribution
Most Orcs live in the Icy Wastes.
Their tribes used to be quite isolated, but in recent centuries, they have started to migrate South into the rest of Telamoth and even East to Calendêhl

Orc intelligence is equivalent to human intelligence.

The longer the tusks, the more powerful the Orc.
Tattoos are very fashionable amongst Orcs, to express their personal or clan history. They also use branding or ritual scarrings.
The females like to shave one side of their heads.
Lifespan
Most die young, as they are killed in combat. If they reach old age, they can live to about 70 years.
