Léhä Tepes

Princess Léhä Tepes was born to Vlad via one of Vlad's concubines, Ponnie, who died during childbirth. While Léhä is a princess by blood, she is not eligable for the throne due to ony being half royal. Even though she can't claim the throne, she is a blood witch that focuses on medical healing. All of her efforts go to protecting her big brother, making sure to keep him safe from the clutches of their father. She also stands up to their father whenever he tries to tear Kěith down, especially if it is in front of her. Unbeknownst to the empire, Léhä's soulmate is Daniel Mi, one of Kěith's Exotic Pets. She tends to keep her secret romance with him a secret so long as he stays an Exotic Pet within the empire. Yet, Kěith is one of the few people who actually know of the relationship and he supports here all the way, minus the few times of teasing the two of them.  

Geography

At first, Vol'nische was nothing but a few houses with the main floor of the palace being worked on with Vlad as the architect. His designs were meant to make it look like the city was populated by red-roofed buildings while the palace would be a bright white color. This would keep the outline structure pretty different, allowing everyone to know exactly where the palace was within the city. Behind the palace was the border of the forest with the Vol'nische Zoo built on the outskirts.   The streets were paved with a special stone that when embedded with magick could appear like silver, giving Vol'nische an extra pop when it came to design. This didn't go well with the werewolves, who claimed the vampires were attempting to threaten them, but the Vlad never went through with changing the designs back to normal stone. He actually liked the silver color the stones now let off.  

Tiers

Vol'nische is split into three tiers and each tier on the map is marked off by one of three colors. These tiers better keep the city functions by not letting certain classes mingle with one another.   The first tier is colored magenta, and focuses on the flat land that is surrounded by the Winter Pine Forest. Farms are always present outside the city walls, usually in the northwest, bringing much needed harvests and livestock for food. Serfs can be found working the fields as well as some discarded Exotic Pets, who live there but are too afraid to run away due to the curse of madness within the Winter Pine Forest.   The second tier is orange, and known to be elevated up a bit higher than the first tier. Lots of shops and middle class homes reside in this juristiction. Every once in a while, the royal alchemist, Michanikós Klóstis, comes down to gather ingrediants and other materials for his experiments and inventions. The closer one gets to the top tier of the city, the more they'll find nobles and other luxurious places.   The final and third tier is yellow-orange in hue and contains the royal palace on a plateau overlooking the city. The palace is the most noticeable of the landmarks within the capital as it stands high above the rest of the buildings with a large portion of the Winter Pine Forest surrounding it.    

Defenses

The Winter Pine Forest is the best form of defense as anyone who travels through it never leaves the forest and is always driven mad. However, the cavern maze works as another form of defense as the maze's labyrinth easily confuses people and they're always drawn into an area where they are ambushed by Itudean soldiers.
