Mason "King Red" Tillman (leader) – Charismatic and calculating; runs the gang like a general at war. Born in the projects, raised on gospel and gunfire.
Jerome "Bones" Harrell (lieutenant) – Thin, sharp-eyed, ex-boxer turned enforcer. Smiles only when breaking ribs.
Kevonte “Stitch” Waller – Soft-spoken medic with occult leanings, keeps the wounded alive and the symbols drawn straight.
Tasha “Bricks” Miles – Smuggler and wheelwoman, will crash a Packard through a church wall if it gets the job done.
 

Turf

Castle House (HQ) – A fortified brownstone just off 63rd, windows bricked, rooftop posted. Half-gang den, half-fortress.
The Broken Court – Abandoned school gym where initiations happen under broken rafters and Veil-smeared murals.
Henderson Yard – Rail-adjacent strip used for gun stashes and moonlit rites.
   

Situation

The South Lords are hitting critical mass. They're already top dog in Englewood, but with BCN expanding west from Grand Boulevard, turf tensions are rising. A handful of BCN lieutenants have gone missing near the edges of South Lords territory—no official claims, but the message is clear. Still, not all Lords want a war.
