Compacts
For businesses or organizations that spread ownership beyond a single person they must form a Compact. These include the charter, hierarchy of ownership, and hierarchy of responsibility. There is no such thing as limiting liability from the business's activities. In the case of malfeasance either the individual within the compact who mad the decision to act is prosecuted. In cases where it is not clear, the hierarchy of responsibility is used to determine complicity.
