Bard
Bards are masters of weaving Spells into song and story. They can exhort their allies to great heights, or cut their enemies to the core.
Exhortation
Though the Bard's performance they can empower their allies. By adding stanzas to their performance they can change the shape that empowerment takes.
Wounding Wit
Though the Bard's mockery they can weaken cut foes to the quick. With clever rejoinders they can shape the injury their target feels.
Spellcasting
Once a Bard knows a song or tale well enough they can enhance it with Arcane power. Through their Focus they can use a spell or story to shape their Will into an effect. However, this sharing is instinctual and while they can pass the song or story onto another Bard, that Bard will have to develop their own understanding of how to infuse it with power.
Specialties
Bladedancer
The Bladedancer has learned to integrate their story and song into their martial prowess. Dancing across the battlefield they empower allies and injure foes.
Tomemancer
Focusing on how to integrate the Arcane with their story and song, they keep their secrets in specially created Codexes called Missals. They expand their understanding of the Arcane through their performances.
Standard Bearer
Forgoing performance, the Standard Bearer leads from the battlefield. Exhorting their allies to greater feats of martial prowess they are in the thick of it, risking it all in the name of victory.
