Trebury
Demographics
The majority of the population are Elf, Half-Elf, Firbolg, and other inhabitants that are drawn to nature.
Government
Trebury is ruled by a group known as the Sapphire Council, which are the leaders of the most predominate Guilds in the city. These include: The Woodcutters Guild, The Woodworkers Guild, an extension of the Diggers Guild, The Shipwrights Guild, Bowyer's Guild and the Huntsman's Guild. These guilds hold the biggest influence within Trebury and have extensive knowledge into the day to day needs of the city.
Defences
Treybury has its own standing military unit that specializes in ranged and magical combat, true to the ways of elven kind. Many treetops on the island boarders are equipped with anti airship weapons and the ability to fire down to the sea side to attack landing parties. They do posses airships armed for combat but they are light and made to strike in guerrilla warfare fashion. They do not posses navy ships for combat, and any ships around could only rely on armed individuals on board.
Industry & Trade
Its primary export would be wood crafted goods and lumber itself. The Elves used their great magic of their druids to designate an area of the islands towards that sole purpose, with lumber being grown at an accelerated rate with their help. This enables pretty reasonable, seasonal, turnaround on lumber production.
Guilds and Factions
The Capital current has: A Woodcutters Guild, Woodworkers Guild, an extension of the Diggers Guild, Shipwrights Guild, Bowyer's Guild, and Huntsman's Guild.
History
Trebury was founded by a large group of elf and half-elves that spent time wandering after the great flood. They found this island to emulate much of the lands that the elven races once claimed before the cataclysm, and used their gifts with nature to encourage the growth of the great trees. The city now sits within a forest that covers the entire island, and is literally wrapped around the trees themselves. Early on it stayed mostly elves, as that they kept others out of their new land. But with time, the inhabitants realized that they would not survive without allies and other resources they could not produce here. So with time, it welcomed the diversity of others and grew into a great city and became one of the first Great Capitals.
