Blight Arrow
A sinister looking arrow made from a dark wood that seems to pulse with life. On a hit, the arrow deals an additional 1d4 necrotic damage as it begins to root and draw life from the target. Each following turn it takes the same amount of damage until removed with a DC 16 Medicine check or Lesser Restoration. If it has not been removed and the target dies, 1d3 Twig Blights burst forth from the target's body. They are hostile to everyone but each other and fight to the death.
