Banshee Arrow
A transparent, fragile arrowhead filled with volatile sonic energy causes this arrow to mildly vibrate at all times. On a hit, instead of it's normal damage, the arrowhead shatters releasing a screeching wail in a 30ft radius. Everything within that range must make a DC 16 Constitution save and take 2d8 Thunder Damage. On failure they take full damage and half on a success. A construct has disadvantage on the saving throw. Any nonmagical object not being worn or carried also takes the damage if in range.
