Qiran

 
iran is a small but beautiful tropical island, south of the Nissien Coast. Vibrant coral reefs surround the island, making it perilous for seafaring vessels to get too close. The island itself is covered in thick, dense jungle; huge tree canopies shading innumerable waterways that snake between ancient root systems.
  The island is inhabited by a small community of people who have been there for centuries and mostly keep to themselves. Qiranese vessels can sometimes be seen in the ports of Helias, City of Silks, with Qiranese sailors earning a reputation as a polite but distant bunch, often never leaving their ships.
