Blue Milk Mushroom
A pale blue fungus that grows in cold environments. The top of the mushroom appears to be covered in frost. When squeezed it secretes a blue milk substance, which when applied to a blade or arrow head creates a sheen of frost. Add 1d4 cold damage to the next 2 attacks.
