Quarter master

As a Minor role gain the ability to either make stealthy shelters or comfortable shelters. As a Major role gain the ability to make stealthy shelters and to make comfortable shelters. A comfortable shelter will make a long rest regain all spent hit dice, while a stealthy shelter will make it less likely for random encounters to occur. These take an hour to build.   At level 8 you gain the ability to make warm shelters that negate extreme temperatures. In addition as a Minor role, you build the shelters to be easier to guard, giving a +1 bonus to Wisdom (Perception) checks while using the shelter, while as a major role you gain a +2.
Having a shelter that fits the situation is one of the most important aspects of traveling. Knowing you'll be safe or just knowing you can sleep comfortably can make the diffrence when traveling days on end.
Being a Quartermaster is more than just making the beds. Its making sure theres a place to hang your sweatsoaked clothes, knowing when you should build a simple lean-to instead of an allaborate shelter, collecting the precise peices needed
