Burgomaster of the Village of Barovia Ismark Kolyana (a.k.a. Ismark the Lesser)
In normal circumstances he is often found at the Blood of the Vine Tavern, Ismark is the burgomaster of the village of Barovia. He has failed in the task of saving his adopted sister from Strahd, who had taken a linking to her.
