Naming Traditions
Segrs don't earn a name until their first inspirational conquest on the battlefield. Their names are a combination of the foe they overcame or an event that was directly tied to that foe and the suffix -sigra, -sig (Victory). In exceptional circumstances, this convention will be put aside for the general naming, which is more honorable and usually only earned upon leading several successful campaigns.
E.G.(Translated from Bakdreska) Balksigra - Victory over the Wall, Mottasig- Victory of Defense, Hilmirsig - Victory over the chief.
Segrholl Traits
Ability Score Increase: Your Wisdom Score increases by 1. Photosynthetic: Segrs prefer to absorb energy from the sun for sustenance. A Segr that spends at least 1 hour per day outside, while the sun is up, is considered to have eaten for that day. Segr characters suffer fatigue the same way other races do for going without food. Plant type: You count as both a plant and a humanoid, you are vulnerable to fire, but resistant to poison and electricity. Folkvangr’s Flourish: When you reduce another creature to zero hit points, you may immediately spend a bonus action in order to activate this ability, finishing off that creature with a flourish. In doing so, you grant an inspiration die, a d6 to each allied creature within 30 feet that can see you. This die increases to a d8 at 8th level, a d10 at 12th level, and a d12 at 16th level. You cannot use this feature again until after completing a short or long rest.
