Horned

Tactics

A Horned cryture acts as a wrecking ball through the battlefield, plowing through enemies and battering foes with crippling effects. Horned Headbutt gives the cryture stable damage with a consistent way to Stun melee enemies. Their main mobility power is Battering Charge, which builds up extra power while running down a distant foe. Gore can deliver a brutal blow, Softening the victim's defense, while potentially dealing ongoing damage, and for some extra control effects, Horned Toss is a low-cost way to throw targets around the battlefield, Stunning them on a crit.

Benefits

Level 1 (100 exp)

Horned Novice - The cryture gains the Horned Headbutt and Battering Charge power.

Level 2 (150 exp)

Mobile - Opportunity attacks against the cryture get a -1 roll modifier.

Level 3 (250 exp)

Horned Adept - The cryture gains the Gore power.

Level 4 (400 exp)

Durable - The cryture gets +10 Health.

Level 5 (600 exp)

Horned Paragon - The cryture gains the Horned Toss power.

Battering Charge

Hit: 4 damage per hit and you push the target 1 space.
Crit: +1 Hit.
Effect: You may shift a number of spaces equal to your Speed before the attack.

Gore

Cost: 2 Stamina

Attack: Strength + Horned vs Deflection
Hit: 4 damage per hit and the target becomes Softened
Crit: +1 Hit and the target becomes Wounded.

 

Horned Toss

Cost: 1 Stamina
Type: Beast
Major Action
Melee 1
Attack: Strength + Horned vs Deflection
Hit: 3 damage per hit and you push the target 1 space per hit.
Crit: +1 Hit and the target becomes Stunned.
