Daivetoism
Daivetoism is the religion of practice within Kalicose. The most common practice is the Giving. This is where the on every 5th day of the month people would attend mass and ask for faith, forgiveness, mercy, and prosperity. In exchange they would pray to the Stalwart Stones of the church. The Stalwart Stones are a runic device that siphons mana from a willing creature within contact range. The people of Kalicose would practice the Giving every 5th day of the month or be deemed a heretic by the Elect. Once you are considered a heretic you will publicly shamed for a number of month decided by the Elect. During this time you must partake in the Giving everyday or be exiled from Kalicose. Once your sentence has been served you may return to life as normal.
Practicing the Giving daily is dangerous to the common person and in most cases lethal.
The Stalwart Stones store mana within the structure of the Cradle.
