Ralai

God of the Sun

Ralai holds domain over Light and is known to mortals as the God of the Sun, Giver of Light. Ralai has long served as a moral guide to the mortals of Crinamere, and has resultingly established himself as the face of justice.  

Description

Represented by a golden knight wielding a burning torch, Ralai's true appearance is unknown to the mortals of Crinamere. Other depictions of Ralai include the sun alone, a golden helmet before the sun, and a torch held by a golden gauntlet.  

Worship

One of the most popular deities in Crinamere, Ralai is worshipped by individuals of various backgrounds. Farmers worship Ralai for the bountiful gifts his Light provides them, while those who enforce the law worship him for his judiciary prowess. Notable organizations include The Holy Sons of the Holy Sun and The Order of Ralai.  

History

Believed to be older than Crinamere itself, the true age of Ralai is unknown to mortals. Ralai is known to be older than the mortal races of Kasslin, as Ralai is one of the very first deities to have ever been worshipped. The birth of Ralai is also shrouded in mystery, and many theories exist regarding his creation.
