Ilan was a debil taken in by Gorgo Asther after his parents were murdered. He later helped raise Gorgo's son Samael. He eventually discovered that Gorgo had his parents killed. His attempted vengeance led to Gorgo wiping his mind. He never fully recovered. Ilan was killed in the events precipitating the Endless War.
