Cultural Significance
Each island state in the UHSD has their own Mayor, they rule and judge the actions, trade, and peace of the citizens of that island. The mayor is in charge of most trade and island-centred laws. These rules cover the main island and the three smaller islands to the north-east of it. Three times a year the mayor would report to Dunreen for general updates and new laws relating to the UHSD; if there is a major emergency, the parliament can be called for more times, where they would remain in Dunreen until the problem is solved or for a month.
