This ring was the property of the mage Alphonse Bluemoon, until one-day Riptide was out swimming and came across the Bluemoon's shipwreck. He swam aboard looking if there was anyone there. Unfortunately, there was not. During his search in the captain's cabin, he found three of the less powerful version of the ring. After his exploration of the ship a huge fish named Silgar. Riptide was fighting the huge goldfish when he decided to use a less powerful version of the ring to get the high ground. When the spell has cast a ghost of the ower appeared inground of Riptide giving him this ring and helping him defect Silgar. It was said the owner gave Ripide the ring due to the designer spent all his life making it and no one using it until Riptide did.
