Bug - New Organization Does Not Link To Plot

The Legacy Organization article does not appear in the list to select from the Related Organizations within The Legacy - Chapter 1 Plot article. All previous organizations appear but no new ones populate the drop down. I have tried with two new separate organization articles and they both do not appear in the list. I am able to select previous organization articles.   Articles Involved
