Ush Uw
Ush Uw is the umbrella term for the schools of martial arts taught in The Kingdom Of Ishi, at monasteries in remote locations throughout The Ishi Plateau. They are made up of two populations, the lay residents, usually the children of nobility, who train for several decades before leaving, and the cloister, who are usually adopted as orphans.
