The Knuckles are a combat-hungry cartel. They are made from combat and stims. Having spent most of the years of the cartel working on combat stims. When they are looking for what they need. They are upfront and blunt, as blunt as their weapons. They relish the violence. The single most popular stim they produce is Devil's Rage. They are a group of hitmen and thieves.
The Devil's Rage increases the strength of the user. It also allows them to ignore the pain.
