Regulators
The Regulators are a law enforcement group. Originally from the pact worlds they have grown in what laws are more heavily enforced since the splice. They have stopped enforcing what would be considered "Important" laws by pack world standards due to the now vastly different. In a pact world murder is looked down upon even in self-defense. While in the rimworlds it is more accepted to kill a man in defense.
The Regulators are groups of men often appearing in almost a cowboy appearance. Often wearing an old-world cowboy leather jacket and hats.
Culture
While the culture of the Regulators is about upholding peace. Some can be corrupt and bribed, Wyatt Cody is hard man on corruption within his organization.
Public Agenda
To uphold peace and snuff out crime.
Assets
They have 1000s of men and women who work as regulators. Often grouped in groups of two each partnering has a small Intercepter starship.
They also have The Bebop. The Bebop is a large starship and is used as an HQ for the regulators and even as a mobile jailor system built into The Bebop.
Conscience is the chamber of justice.
