The Order's Founding Papers
During the time of the Unending War, every nation fought over the limited resources needed for survival. However, once the world was fertile again, no one was willing to cease hostilities because they had been going on for so long. It was a single human who took a chance to bring everyone together. The creation of the Druid Order, and its acceptance by the nations were what ended a war of two thousand years. By that point no one remembered why they were fighting in the first place, save the dragons. We were ready for the war to end because the toll on our species causing us to become nearly extinct.
Purpose
This document was crafted to set the rules and regulations regarding the creation, structure and duties of the Druid Order. Though there have been amendments, they need to ratification of all the nations to become binding.

Historical Details
Background
These founding documents were created to end "The Unending War". Servalin spent twenty years before the signing of the document gathering likeminded individuals. Those who supported his dream of a peaceful world, and an end to the slaughter of their respective people. Servalin sent members of his group to the leaders of their nations in order to establish peace talks and set up the binding agreement, with the Order as the regulatory body to ensure a lasting peace.
History
With the signing of this document, the Druids of Corrigenda became the final adjudicators of the laws. This does not mean they created new laws only that they have the power to enforce the laws of the land on any of its citizens, including monarchs and leaders. Anyone was allowed to call upon the druids for assistance in legal matters.
Public Reaction
When this document was ratified and the general populace was informed, it was welcomed by all. Well that is not precisely accurate, the Redcaps didn't like being told they could no longer wage war on others. However, they are bound by the rulings of the Fae Court.
Term
While the Druid order is still an active part of society within Corrigenda this document is binding. Though in the past three hundred years, the order has been dwindling due to the actions of the Grand Druid. There have been rumours of hostilities brewing against the order by members of the allegiance of nations, primarily the dragons.
