  Description: This ancient Netherese spell is designed to restore areas or artefacts consumed or nullified by magical decay, antimagic, or entropy. When cast successfully, the combined casters re-thread the damaged Weave, reigniting magic that was dispelled, drained, or petrified by time. This effect can:
 

  Repair a dispelled or shattered magic item (such as restoring a wand or staff rendered inert by Dispel Magic or Antimagic Field).
  Reactivate a region suppressed by antimagic or a beholder’s central eye for 1 hour.
  Temporarily stabilise an Entropic Zone, halting decay or null-magic effects for 10 minutes per caster.
  On a natural 20 from the Circle’s lead caster, permanently rebind the local Weave node.

  Failure Effect: If fewer than 3 casters maintain focus, the spell backlashes. Each participant makes a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or takes 6d8 force damage as the unstable Weave implodes.
