Casting
Casting Time: 1 Standard Action Component: VEffect
Range: Touch Target: Self or Creature Touch Duration: 1hr/Level Saving Throw: Will; Spell Resistance: NoDescription
When this spell is cast, the target becomes completely tongue-tied and can never quite say what they mean. For the duration of the spell, they take a -20 on all Diplomacy, Bluff, and Intimidate checks and always say the opposite of what they intend to say. Speaking the opposite in an attempt to trick the spell into letting you say what you want results in you insulting someone nearby loudly and for all to hear, often in a deeply personal and offensive way using knowledge about the person you might not normally have.(Ex. You might insult a man for his many mistresses, despite not knowing he had them.) Speaking with the intent to trigger the insult instead makes your voice completely erratic and can force you say or sound like anything. This spell does not affect magical casting, though it does affect the sound of that casting's verbal components.Disclaimer

This spell was invented by the legendary alchemist Tagorda, who is widely considered the father of modern alchemy who brought Alchemy back into the modern era after the Fall of High Humanity. Since his death, it has been adopted into many different forms.
