Dona Iylara

Dona Iylara is one of the highest ranking members of the Frost Blossoms, and, one of the oldest of the elders in Bassuras. She is more of a figurehead, and doesn't often make appearances. Though, she will offer great advice if asked, and she is more aware of the other powers that turn the neck of the head that she sits on.
She is a kind but wise woman, and always aware of the spirits around her, those trapped, those free, and those wishing to be.
