Armisis
(she/they)
They are a gecko-chameleon-folk who presents as a Black salamander with a stripe of blue from their nose to the tip of their tail. They are able to change their coloring at will, and when they are unsure, at times their coloration will subtly shift. Wehn in danger, they can change their coloring to their background to effectively hide from most predators or ill-doers. They are middle aged for their kind, and have been around for a bit.
They worked with House Lumas for the last 40 or so odd years (and with the Cobalt Soul for the latter half of that) doing research and trying to uncover history of peoples and technologies in Jrusar. They were in Jrusar at the iInn they stayed at, the Heartmoor Hamlet, where they were introduced to the society of a few survivors, the Grim Verity. This discovery led them into meeting Dr. Baryn Vestisho (an elvan doctor) and introduced new theories, historical, religious and scientific.
Talking with Dr. Vestisho led to a few quite interesting theories of pre-calamity technologies being recovored in Eiselcross, and some of the theories behind older and more out of date magicks coming back into play without the worlds through the rift. (There are about 12 to Armisis' rememberance).
- lThe latter 20 years leading ot the present was their first exposure to the theory of the 2 dead gods and the thought that there was something--is something that can kill gods.
- This line of research and the discovery of even more ancient civilaizations led to a theory of gods and what happened if their powers were stripped or if they were killed. There were various theories presented by The Moon-Eyed Children, Children of the Redmooon, Crimson Descendants, Red Dawn, The Unremembered, and the Faceless Verity (also known as the Faceless, or Faceless Children)
