Major Corel Mallisian
Commander of the Sharrow's Hold Militia
Corel Mallisian is in his late forties, and looks every inch the plump bureaucrat. He is, however, phenomenally organised; in another world he'd be described (at the very least) as obsessive. He keeps lists and tables of everyone in town who could be useful if called up to the militia. Because of this, he is regularly consulted by the Vigilant Investigators when they need information about people they suspect of a crime.
