Jilla
Jilla is the owner of one of the finest magic shops in Sharrow's Hold , The Clockwork Owl .
An elf of indeterminate age, Jilla is always pleasant to her customers, and offers fair prices both in sale and trade. However, she hates those who try to take advantage of her, and will tell them so to their faces. In such cases, she will politely advise them to take their trade elsewhere and remind them that she has the resources of the whole shop at her disposal should they think of attempting any funny business.
