Commander of the Vigilant Investigators of the Sharrow's Hold Constabulary.
Bernhard Rask is of half-elf kindred, and one of the original settlers on this world. It is rumoured that he was a long-time comrade of Leonidas Sharrow but neither of them will confirm this or comment on it in any way.
